Looking at the length of my hair, you would know this photo was not a recently snapped photo. I'm sure you had saw the photo of me with shoulder length hair at my facebook. The photo above was taken last month.

The man in the middle is my dad. And the blue shirt fella is my elder brother. I guess you had never saw them before in my blog. Since the day I started this blog, I was held captive at Kampar by UTAR. lol~ I seldom have chance to go out for a dinner and take photo with them.

And this is my naughty 14+ years old brother who stole my eye liner recently and caused me to turn my whole room up-side-down and wasted lots of time and found it 3 days later at his room. GRRR~

Let's see the food we ate that day.

We went to a Japanese Restaurant at Jalan Klang Lama.

The food there was not bad and the price is quite reasonable. I guess that's the reason why it was always full house and you must make your booking in advance before you go.

Green tea is a must when you eat Japanese food. Agree?

Shashimi. I love shashimi. I can accept raw meat but only seafood type meat like fish, cuttle fish but not raw steak or chicken. Definitely a NO NO.

This is the cold noodle which I dislike. Tasteless.

Fried tempura. When I was young, I used to love tempura but now, I think it is almost the same like the ubi goreng that i can get at any stall beside the road. And it's cheaper. LOL~

Dessert is a must to mark the ending of a great meal. And I ordered this. Green tea ice cream with red bean. Green tea n red bean are perfect match. They are best friend. Don't you agree?

My mum is probably jealous that I did not bring her along. Don't worry ya, next month I will bring you out for Korean food. Kekeke~

When love is not beautiful...

To me, LOVE is like when you tried to hold your hand up to reach the beautiful star and you realise you can never able to grab it.

3 years of relationship and 3 years of long distance relationship. It was so much to endure and I guess it's time to say goodbye.

I tried to work things out but it is not always easy as it seems to be.

I always persuade him to come to work at KL but he always give me lots of excuses.

And when he finally agreed, he hints that seeing me everyday will make him bored.

As a girl hearing this from her bf, what will you think? Isn't that hurt?

Am I asking too much? I just want to see him more often.

Previously when we were 50 km away, I see him once a week.

Now that we are 200km away, I only get to see him once or twice a month.

Every year birthday, the only people remembering my birthday are my close friends. He as my bf was never there on my birthday.

First year was because he was in his final semester of studies, second year was due to work and the third year was because of superstitious.

And I was the lonely birthday girl....

Whenever I have problem, he will never be there for me. Few years ago when I was kicked out by my landlord and almost have a cold night outside the road, where were him? Sleeping comfortably on his bed.

He always called me silly girl. Yes, I am silly. I am so silly that all these years, I was so blindly in love with someone not worthy. And now I am awake. And I realised how badly I was hurt. How serious I was injured.

I'm always into trying out new food especially dessert. I have incurable sweet tooth. And that's why I gained weight after returning home from Kampar. OMG~ I will try to lose weight from today onwards. *Determination*

Sometimes when I go out shopping, I will buy some delicacies for my family.

I love macaron. Though it's too sweet, but it's lovely.

A piece of giant size macaroon costs RM10++.

Sakae Sushi Ipad Ordering System

Ipad has been a great hit since it was first launched.

I see people carrying their Ipad when they go shopping, dining, attending lectures, sleeping. I bet there are people out there who take their Ipad with them even when they go to the toilet. Pls~ I did not peek anyone.

Now Ipad system is used in Sakae Sushi outlet as a menu to place your order.

Back in few years when I first visited Sakae Sushi, I was surprised that they were using computers for customers to place their order as I never encountered such a technological advance restaurant that place at least one computer at each table. Set up costs may be costly but it is so convenient and time efficient. Customers may just view the electronic menu from the computer screen and click to order.

But now I must say Sakae Sushi is doing a bravo job. They are upgrading their system from desktop to Ipad.

Adrian Jay Pereira, You'll Always Be Remembered

11-11-11 This is a date that I would never forget. It was the day I attended my best friend's funeral.

ADRIANA~ that was how I used to called him when we were 12.

Little Adrian with his lovely mum & sis. I mosaic his family to protect & prevent unnecessarily exposure to the public.

I shifted to Seremban when I was 11, and attended SRK Methodist ACS.
I befriended with this cute guy named Adrian who was in the same class with me.
We were not only friends, we were best friends. We become so closed that even my parents started to worry that I might date this guy one day.

Adrian, Jessica & I were best friends in primary school.

We were not standing close to each other because the photographer kept teasing us.

I remember that time, he was a few inches shorter than me, and I used to be so proud of that. But just a blink of eyes, he growth so much. Much more taller. As for me, I still remain at the same height.

I used to have crush on him during my primary school time. Perhaps, we were really too closed that time. We were soul mate. We were best friends. Even though he was an indian. But race was not an obstacle for us to become close friends. And he was very different from the other indian friends. He was so special.

These two soft toys were gifts from Adrian.

Both of us scored straight A's in UPSR and we applied for secondary studies at SMK King George V and both of us successfully got into this school.
When we were 14, he had a crush on me. All our friends knew about it including me. And because of that, I started to stay away from him. I started to ignore him and gave him cold shoulder. I know I was an immature person. I didn't want him to waste his time on me, and I didn't know how to handle situation like this.

Recalling back, I feel regretted for treating him like that.

Adrian was a very ambitious boy since the day I knew him. He told me that his ambition was to become a surgery... a doctor. So he continue his higher education studies in medical at Indonesia.

Few months ago, I called him.

Me : Hey Adriana, I know you are back to Malaysia, let's meet up.

Adrian : I'm not sure whether I can make it because I've got something to do at Seremban. And I'll be flying back to Indonesia next Monday.

Me : Never mind then. There's always next time.

..........I thought there was next time...... I thought there was always next time...... I thought.....

But....... now...... He's gone~ And I can never ever meet him again.

Rest in peace Adrian, You are always my best buddy and you will always be on my mind.

***I'm not going to write about what actually happened to Adrian. You may google it yourself. I just hope that police could quickly arrest the murderer and bring him to the justice.

I know I mentioned the word "cake" but please, this is not an edible one. Basically this is a foundation.

Look~ the powder compact has three colour tone. After applying the foundation using the sponge which is hidden under the powder compact, you can select the darker or lighter colour to do some highlight to sharpen your face especially your nose, cheek and jaw. Isn't it convenient?

Most importantly, it contains SPF 50 PA+++ with UVA+UVB. Sounds scientific? Never mind, just remember that applying this can prevent the formation of freckles.

No 4- BB Dewy Cream

BB cream is a "must" for me every time I step out of my house.

Big Bad Wolf Book Fair

I've just been to Big Bad Wolf Book Fair at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS).

Being a newbie at Selangor Area, of course I need a GPS to bring me there.

Look, I got a GPS.

Finally I got myself a GPS... I mean I've been longing for a GPS. Without it, I always get myself stuck at somewhere which I am not familiar with. As you know my job requires me to travel to clients' place, without a GPS, things can be really difficult especially when I am only a new born Selangor lang (hokkien).

My close friends know that I love reading books a lot. I can't call myself a book-worm but I'm indeed a book-lover. If only I have enough money & time, I would like to own a library and sit there all day just to read the books.

There were lots of people at the book fair. But still, it was not really crowded and breathless as it seems to be. The hall is really spacious enough to occupied so many people at once.

There are so many books, up to thousands I supposed. From fiction to non-fiction, books about traveling, cooking, romance, adventurous and you name it.

And the coolest part is that all the books were on sales up to 95% discount. Sounds cool isn't it?

If you've been to a bookstore before, (which I can guarantee that you have already been to) you would know that books nowadays are quite pricey. It'll costs you at least RM30-RM60 a copy. But at here, it sells only at RM8. Yes, you did not hear me wrongly, ONLY RM8. Even those best selling books like harry potter, twilight, and shopaholics are selling at RM8.

Since I've never been to a book fair like this, I was so excited when I saw the price of the books. I GRABBED a lot of books, as if they were all free of charged.

They even provide free shuttle bus service to bring you from car park to the exhibition hall.

14 books altogether only costs me RM107.

Since I am working during the weekdays, these books are going to accompany me during the weekends.

Addicted to Korean Food

Chopsticks & spoons used in Korean Restaurant always appear slimmer and longer.

My colleague told me it represents longevity. How true is that?

Previously when I was still studying at Kampar, I was so addicted to Japanese food that I dine in at Sushi King at least once a week. Why Sushi King? That was because it was the only "edible" Japanese restaurant at Kampar. lol~ I love eating sushi, california rolls, and shashimi.

Currently, I am addicted to Korean food. Guess what? I am able to enjoy korean dishes cooked by Korean. Of course you do not need to travel all the way to Korea to have korean dishes. You can have it at Mont' Kiara.

I travel very frequently to Mont' Kiara recently to do audit. So sometimes, we have lunch at the Korean Restaurant.You should know that Mont' Kiara is famous for its foreigners especially Korean people. So, there are many Korean Restaurants there.

I was snapping the photo of my food, and my colleague purposely stole the limelights.

If you think that the food looked like ordinary Chinese food that you eat everyday, I can assure you that they taste differently.

Oh ya, introduce to you guys. She is my colleague, Iki.

The specialty of Korean food is that they are serving many "mini" plate of side dishes which are always refillable.

Grilled pork.

This was the one I ordered. It's called "cool noodle" because the soup is served cold. At some places, the cool noodle served with ice floating in the bowl together with the noodle. Yes, it's like eating a bowl of cendol ice.

This is the barley water. It's a very common drink among Korean and Chinese. However, it taste quite differently with the Chinese barley water. I don't know their recipe but I think rice and ginger is added when boiling the barley water.

I've been to three different Korean Restaurant at Mont Kiara. I'm gonna bring my family & bf there to check out the food there soon.

My Job

I'm employed for four months now, working as a Junior Auditor.
From the word junior, basically you can already guess how much is my salary.
My current income allows me to dine in a fine restaurant few times a month, shops for my favourite brands and outfits and just nice to cover my expenses.
This is what we called "employed". Not self employed.

I was just messing with my friend's nerdy spec.

My 10 years plan is to save some money and buy a house. Buy a house that belongs to me, and furnish it nicely with designer's idea. My mindset is, a house doesn't have to be huge or spacious but must be well furnished and comfortable.

As for car, I have no planning to change my car. I'm satisfied with the Myvi that I'm driving. It's three and a half years old now. I really had a hard time paying for the installments during my uni-life. I hardly have enough money to survive. So now, I will appreciate it.

This toll wasted me at least 20 minutes to get through everyday.

If you are wondering why I don't use Touch&Go or Smart Tag instead, I can assure you that those lane are even more jam and longer queue especially Smart Tag.

The fun part about my job is travelling to different places to do audit and meeting new people. I've been to so many places around the Klang Valley to do audit such as Cheras, Klang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Subang, Kelana Jaya, Bandar KL, and recently to Mont Kiara. Most importantly, I really learn a lot.
If 4 months ago, you ask me "What is audit?" I may not be able to answer you. But today, I am able to complete the whole audit process, came out with audit report and even doing the tax computation.
Not to say I'm proud of myself, it's just that I have the sense of satisfaction of being able to learn so much in such a short period. Because a dummy like me who almost had her audit subject fail, is now able to do audit work.

I used to hate audit subject during my time in degree. LOL, did I use the word "my time"? I sound like a granny. Haha. I hate audit because I couldn't understand a single thing about it. Recalling it, I didn't even know how I actually passed the subject.
I chose to work in audit line because I believe I could learn more compared to working in commercial line. And I feel that working in commercial line as account assistant is a way too bored for me.

I guess I have chosen the right path. I may have complaint a lot about my work, the workload, the long hour, the pressure and those big bullies seniors and clients. But nothing comes easy. And there is no free lunch in this world. Behind every success, there were obstacles, tears, disappointment and even failure. I believe I'll overcome all these and I wanna be a top leading woman. Opps correction, I wanna be a top leading rich woman. Oh maybe forget about being a top leader, I just wanna be rich. wakakaka... Not unrealistic okie. If you are rich, you can hired top people or professionals to work for you. Isn't it sounds more ambitious?

Writing this post is not to flaunt my knowledge or intelligence. By the way, there is nothing to flaunt about. It just simply because I miss my simple life at Kampar. I truly miss my life being a student. A poor yet happy student.
At least I got plenty of time to spend on dramas, games, boyfriend, blog and daytime napping.

Yawn~ Bedtime now.

If you asked me whether I was excited towards my convocation ceremony, I would definitely say NO. I had already pass my examination 3 months ago and I had stepped my feet into the lifeless working arena. Maybe I have already accepted the fact that I am no longer a growing brat but an aging young adult.

Convocation ceremony was held at Wisma MCA at Jalan Ampang.

Kim Gary- Thrice a month

In the month of August, I've visited Kim Gary like.... thrice a month. Almost every week, I would pay a visit to Kim Gary, except on one of the weekend where I went to Ipoh for holidays.

You must be thinking that I am a big fan of Kim Gary.
No doubts that I think that the food is exceptionary good.
But believe me, none of this visits were suggested by me.

First visit of the month was at Kim Gary Time Square with my secondary friends -The Ubies Gang-

Stone Grilled Unagi Rice RM 19.90+/- I forgot the price, but after tax is included, definitely costs more than that.

The second time was with my university classmates.

I just took my lunch moments before the gathering, so I just ordered a bowl of Chocolate snow mellow. And it tastes real bad. I only took a few spoon and decided that I should not torture myself eating the crap. I didn't take any of the photo, but if u happen to dine at Kim Gary, NEVER ORDER CHOCOLATE SNOW MELLOW unless you wanna have an unforgettable dining experience.

The third time was with my old man.

I've been craving for escargot a.k.a snails.

Lovely old man bought me to San Francisco Steak House.

Happily dress up & put on a heavy make-up.

I love make-up and I was trying be different. But old man had been so sarcastic. He said I look scary instead. *Blek blek to old man*

Since the first visit to this restaurant, I've fall in love with the food.

Whenever we come, they always serve us with this. Bread & garlic spread, for free of course.

Never be too happy to get free food because sometimes it hints : You have to wait "long-long" for your food. lol

Never mind, quality food deserved to be waited. The same applicable to a boy waiting for his girl.

Munch munch, ei, how come it doesn't taste like the first time I ate it.

This is a little over cooked and ... I just don't like it anymore.

They even changed their menu. I know restaurants usually come out with new dishes to attract and retain their customers. But why most main courses there are served with rice?

Rice- being the staple food for Malaysia which means I eat it everyday. Not only me, even she, he, they. We come to your restaurant to look for something "new". I mean anything other than RICE.

Not to forget, it comes with RICE.

Guess what? It comes with rice too. But I requested the chef to change to mash potatoes instead. And they only give a small tiny spoon of mash potatoes :(

This time, the food was kinda disappointed me.

Maybe I really put too high expectation on the food.

One thing for sure is, I would not dine there anymore.

Referring to my previous posts, I guess all of you know that I've graduated from my accounting degree course and have moved back to home.

The best part about staying with family is that you no longer have to worry about FOOD.

Every morning when I wake up, breakfast is served on the dining table. Even lunch and dinner, I do not have to think about what to eat.

Eating the same kind of dishes every year may sound bored, making people puke.

But this kind of situation would never happen to me because my mum is a genius cook.

I've moved back home about two months ago and the best part is I could enjoy my mum's cooking.

Greenish noodle with abalone, chicken and mushroom.

Even the greenish noodle was hand-made by my mum.

Abalone was added.

This bowl of mee jawa was also cooked by mum. Super delicious i tell you.

Next is my favourite dish. I forgot what's the name of this fish.

Not ordinary ikan bakar or ikan goreng or whatever as sambal is stuffed into the fish.

Taste awesome.

Mum can make dumplings too.

I was quite excited because I never been to the stadium before. Yup, I've never attended any concert or event at any stadium.

My colleague, Keith gave me two tickets. He said he had been queuing up for almost 1 hour for this ticket.Thanks to him.

It's only 7p.m. and the stadium was already packed with thousands of people.

From the picture above, you can see how far I was seated. I can barely see the face of the people on the stage.

I listened to MyFM since I was 13 years old. And I like DJ Lam Tuck Weng because I think he's such a comedian.

He said during the show that Nicholas Zhang Dong Liang is the mysterious special guest on that day but when Nicholas came out, he was nothing but a card board.

一场欢喜，一场空。

But I still enjoy the show very much... because it was LIVE. kekeke.

Previously, I always thought that it was not necessarily to go to enjoy live show when you can watch it comfortably at home. But now I realised that watching live on spot and watching tv are not the same. You just wouldn't get the same feel.

Short Hair

That's me. Long ~~silky~~ wavy hair. But that was past tense. I've cut my hair to a shorter length.

I think that she looks awesome in short hair.

When she got a longer hair, she looked sweet, lovely and charming.

Now she look really cool, rebellious, stylish and extraordinary.

I wanted to cut like her, but my "bread size" chubby face wouldn't allow me to do so.

I came to the decision to cut my long waist length hair because I started to dislike my frizzy dry hair which was caused by extensive dyeing and perming. I think it's pointless to have a hair like Rapunzel but they are no longer shinny and smooth. Plus, since working, I do not have the time to take care and set my hair. I even find it troublesome to apply conditioner when washing my hair.

I know I'm getting lazy. Sometimes, I envy the guys for able to bath in less than 5 minutes.

Unable to stand the unhealthy condition of my hair, I decided to cut them.

I stepped into the saloon, talked to them about my desire hair style. ~Bob hair~ And they give me the kind of "WHAT-THE-HELL-YOU-WANNA-CUT-BOB-HAIR-LOOK".

I was like, what is so surprising? Is it that you don't know how to cut or you think I don't suit with the kind of hair style?

Then she touched my hair and said that if I wanna cut bob hair, I need to do relaxing first because my hair is still curly. However, my hair is freaking dry and spoilt, so if I do relaxing, it will only make my hair worst.

Feeling disappointed...

At the end, I just had my hair cut a little bit shorter. About 15cm-20cm.

Hmm, I didn't get to cut bob hair, but at least I cut away most of my frizzy split end hair.

Another Stage of Life

One month ago, I was still a typical university students. ~~Skipping classes~~ Attending classes, doing assignments, sitting for exams, these were what I've been doing the past four years of my university life.

My life turned 180 degree when I finally graduated and found a job.

Working Shoes from my mum. So comfy and nice.

I have been working for the past four weeks as a junior auditor. Since I'm not working in big firms like big four, my job scope is very wide. Besides auditing, I also do accounts and taxation for business as well as individual tax.

Poor degree results didn't build me a bridge to enter into big four firms. But I believe working in a smaller size firm, I earned the opportunity to learn and experience more.

Like any other office lady, I work from 9 to 6 every Monday to Friday. But due the fact that this few months is a peak period for Audit firm due to submission of Audit Report and filling for taxation for most companies, I work till quite late, sometimes until 8p.m. Part of it is also because I'm not familiar with doing all this and it takes time for me to digest and learn. Don't forget that I'm only one month old baby in this industry.

About my salary as a fresh graduate? I don't mind telling you if you tell me in return. LOL.

I am getting myself adapted to the new life. No more staying up late for internet. No more sleeping till noon or taking a nap in the afternoon. Anyhow, I miss those life.

Working life also makes me a more healthy person. I woke up early in the morning and sleep before 11 every night. And I start taking breakfast like oats, bread, eggs, and other healthy drinks which I never do it in the past 22 years of my life. LOL

One more thing, I wonder anyone of you just like me. I cried occasionally due to stress and tension in workplace. Even the traffic congestion makes me so frustrated sometimes. At times, I really thought of giving up this job, but at the end, I would ask myself, " If I resign, what else can I do?"

By the way, my convocation will be on 11th of September. I can't wait for it. Hehe. I've received my early convo pressie from my old man. It's Seiko limited edition lady watch.

About one week ago, there was this launching of new series of Seiko watches at Mid Valley Megamall. I was quite surprise to get it as I never expected it from him. ♥ Love it a lot ♥

Released from 'Prison'

Don't be shock, I wasn't a prisoner and I have not committed any criminal offence. I've never even slapped with any traffic summons. Conclusion: I'm a good citizen. LOL. Prison here is actually referring to my hostel.

4 years staying away from family wasn't easy. I have to be really independent enough to take care of myself and do everything on my own. I am not complaining, in fact, being independent wasn't an issue to me at all.

When family wasn't there to take care of you, friends are the only people you depend on. I'm still lucky to meet many good friends who is there to care for me.

Now that I've graduated my degree in Accounting. Finally I can come back home.

Graduation Class Trip (Day 4)

Here comes the last day of my class trip.

The best part of our trip is buying the same type of T-shirt.

After the breakfast, we went to Dataran Pahlawan Megamall.

Our apartment owner, Mr. Simon treated us with pearl milk tea.

Simon is a really a nice man and we are really lucky meet him.

He not only rented his apartment to us at lower than market price but also brought us to breakfast and treated us with pearl milk tea.

After only a few hours of breakfast, the hungry guys went to hunt for food again.

*Sakae Sushi* was offering 50% for sushi on belt.

I'm kinda envy these guys. They get hungry so easily and eat so much all the time but never grow fat.

That was the end of our Melaka Trip.

But it was not the end of our trip.

At 5p.m. we started our journey to Seremban, my place of birth.

I brought them to buy the famous Seremban Siew Pao.

And we have our dinner at one of the Restaurant in Seremban, which is famous for its Baked Crab.

My friends were satisfied with our main dishes.

It took more than one hour for the dishes to be served. Luckily I bought along the polaroid camera and we snapped so many photos together.

The last day of outing was fun. People starred at us wherever we went. We weren't attention seeker by the way, we just wanna have fun on the last day of trip. After all, we are bidding farewell to each other after that. If not, why would I named these few posts as Graduation Class Trip.

Chicken rice ball for breakfast.

I've tried this Melaka chicken rice ball so many times, but this is definitely one of the best that I've ever tried.

After the breakfast, we went to the opposite shop to browse for the local food products.

It costs around +/-RM250.

As for lunch, we had it at one of the shop at Jonker Walk.

We got the opportunity to view the whole city of Melaka as it revolved 360 degree after reaching the top of the tower.

On the second day, we continued our long-planned trip. This time, we went to A Famosa Safari, Simpang Ampat.

I've been to Melaka countless times but I've never ever been to A Famosa. I was really looking forward to it.

Around 12.30p.m., we gathered at the A'Famosa Safari Entrance. For this trip, there were altogether 15 of us. The A'Famosa Safari entrance fees was RM45/person, and lunch was included.

We boarded a "cage-like" mini bus which would give us a ride to explore the habitats of the animals.

This cage-look alike mini bus probably functioning to protect the tourists from animals attack.

You can actually see how narrow is the door. That means if you are over-size, you would probably have problem getting into the bus.

Look at the tiger. It was acting cute with its tougue sticking out. How adorable. If tiger were a herbivore, I would probably ran toward it and give it a big hug.

Something dissatisfied that I must say out loud.

As I mention earlier in the first few paragraph, lunch was provided and it was included in our tour package which means we actually paid for the lunch, don't we? Somehow, I got a lunchbox of chicken rice that look like a dog food to me.

I swear this was the real condition of the chicken rice when I first opened it. I wonder is this chicken rice or bone rice?

I did not ask for exchange because I know they would not exchange it. My friend got a can of Coke and requested for an exchange of a Sprite, but they turn down his request even though he has not even opened the can yet.

After the lunch, we watched the cow boy show.

I know they have put in a lot of effort doing this show. But their storyline really sucks and I can barely hear what they said.

I forgot what show was this. The animals were well trained to do the simple tasks to entertain the visitors.

Next, the bird show.

I think ducks were included in this bird show because they too have wings like birds.

The new titanic version not with Jack but with birds. She's lucky.

After the show, I saw someone so attractive.

This beauty was an imported bird from... Europe? Australia? I don't remember.

One thing for sure, it was very wild and "hot-tempered", the trainer said.

The Elephant show which was also the last show of the day.

They put paint brush for the elephants to draw and amazingly, they can actually draw. At least much better than my drawings.

At around 5.00p.m. we drove to our rented apartment at Ujong Pasir, Melaka. The owner, Mr Simon was really a nice man. He rented to us his apartment of 3 bedrooms with only RM180/day. Every room is furnished with queen size bed and air conditioner. If you are interested, you can ask me for his contact number. By the way, I do not get any commision for advertising this, nor I was a relative of his. But I always think that good things are always to be shared.

After taking a rest at the apartment, we headed to Jonker Street. It's quite similar to Connaught Pasar Malam at Cheras, selling all kinds of foods and stuffs.You named it, they have it.

We ate so much there.
Don't be amazed if I say we went for Satay Celup after that.
I also wonder if my stomach have the enough "capacity" to store so many food.
The truth is, we really went searching for the famous satay celup restaurant, with our fully "occupied" stomach.

Similar to the ordinary steamboat, but satay sauce is used instead of chicken or tomyam soup.

Two days right after we finished our final examination paper, we went for a class trip to Sunway, Melaka and Seremban.

Before headed to Sunway from Kampar, we took our breakfast at Pasar Pagi Kampar.

After breakfast, we started our journey to Sunway Pyramid, Subang Jaya.

Entrance fees at Sunway was RM60 per person. The weather on that day was not good. It rained and most of the rides were closed. But still, we have had lots of fun.

In the evening, I suggested to them to have dinner at Italiannies, Sunway Pyramid. I miss the pasta there so much.

Bidding Farewell to UTAR

After 3 years of Accounting Degree Course at UTAR, Kampar, finally comes to the end of my University Life.

UTAR Kampar Campus is definitely one of the most beautiful private University in Malaysia.

When the first time I came to UTAR, Kampar Campus in year 2008, only 4 building blocks are available. Now it has about 10 building blocks and a few more are still under construction.

The best thing about coming to UTAR is knowing a bunch of cool friends. They are really fun to hang around with. *Love*

These are all my classmates for 3 years. We are the lucky last batch with fixed timetable, that is why we are put in the same class for 3 years. Unlike our junior at UTAR now, they all have a flexible timetable which means they have different classmates for every subjects in every semester, every year.

The infrastructures here are considered good. The only problems encountered by the students are the limited parking spaces. Due to this problem, UTAR restrict the selling of parking stickers up to certain number only and only the lucky person with successful balloting would get it.

Majority of UTAR students speak Mandarin. This is also one of my major obstacle when I first came to UTAR. I wasn't from Chinese School and I never spoke Mandarin with my friends or family. But I think I'm quite a fast learner. Now I can speak Mandarin fluently, definitely better than any other language.

As for the lecturers and tutors, I have nothing much to comment about them, fearing that I might offended any of them. But seriously, can UTAR recruit more experienced lecturer?

Standing in front of Block G, the Library. One thing I don't understand about the library rule is why girls with skirt cannot enter the library? What is so inappropriate about wearing a skirt?

Accounting Students are not only good in account but also posing. lol

I'm gonna miss this place.

One day, I would be visiting UTAR when the construction work is fully completed.

This is my final semester examination timetable.

My every day routine, besides studying, is still studying.
And camwhoring. Forgive me, I was too bored.

Thanks mama for the box of chicken essence.

When I was in form 5 studying for SPM exam, I remembered mama bought me two boxes of eu yan sang chicken essence. Maybe she really felt heart ache seeing her daughter burning the midnight oil every day. But at least I did not disappoint her, I got good result for SPM. Hopefully I can do well this time.

University education has large differences compare to secondary school education.
No longer spoon feed like we used to have.
In secondary, if you don't do your homework, you will get punishment from teacher.
In university, people expect you to be self discipline because you are no longer a child.
So if you don't attend classes, you don't do your own study, and you didn't do well in test, then that's your business. Who cares? The lecturers or Tutors wont bother, they still get their pay. The only person who care would be your parents. Because you are burning their money. kekeke

Few days ago, I ordered a plate of chicken maryland. And it was oh-my-god large portion and delicious and totally money value. (chicken chop, fries, ham, sausage, bread, onion ring, cucumber.) Only at Ipoh.

Yummy Food during the Weekend

I'm going to sit for final exam in less than 2 weeks time. Since it's going to be my final semester of the degree course, I told myself that I must study hard and not to FAIL any subject. And yet, the word final semester still wasn't strong enough to push me to study harder. I'm still feeling lazy and tired all the time. (Like I used to be.) At the mean time, food seems to be the only element that could make me feel alive.

I went to Ipoh last Saturday. I've been craving for Germany food (especially the sausage) for days. I went to old man's house first to pick him up. And this lazy old man haven't even finished bathing when I arrived at his house. I know he has to work on Saturdays and he just got back from his workplace. But he had adequate time to bath and get everything done before I came.

I did something immature enough to break his heart. I just drove off and even turned my hp off. The old man who couldn't get me on the phone was extremely worried. He drove all the way to Kampar to find me.

And where were I?

I was at Canyon, Jusco Ipoh, having my dinner alone.

Since Canyon is a Thai Restaurant, they cook good tom yam soup. You'll fall for its tomyam when you try.

When I on my phone, 30 missed call in half an hour. And old man had actually arrived at my hostel.
I picked up the phone and told him that I was at Ipoh. And he drove back to Ipoh.

Blame my adrenaline rush for being such an impetuous and emotional person. When he found me at Jusco, I could heard from his breathing that he has had a rushing moment. Another reason could be he was furious and mad at me. But he did not scold me. Maybe he knows it would only cause a heated argument in the end.

I know I'm wrong and I feel guilty now. Old man is always being very patient to me. And yet, I always do something to hurt him. *Sorry my dear*

Then I accompany him to Yeolde, Greentown for dinner.

Escargots has always been my favourite. But this escargots sucks. Looks delicious? Believe me, it's not. It was overcooked and the escargots taste like rubber when I munched them. The best escargots I've tried so far is at The Ship and San Francisco Steak House.

My lemon cheese cake. Another failure. The biscuit base of the cheesecake is "crunchless" and tasteless. Not to mention the top layer is too sweet.

Eventually, my Saturday evening which was supposed to enjoy German food with him, turned out to be a seek and hide game for both of us.

Nevertheless, Sunday was awesome. We finally went to the place where both of us had been highly craving for. It's our second visit to Berlin Bier Houz, Greentown. (Click here for the first time.)

Dinner at Tualang with classmates

UTAR Accounting T11 (May 2008- May 2011)

Last friday, we had dinner with the whole class at Tanjung Tualang. It's about 30 minutes drive from Kampar. It's a place famous for its seafood. I went there on average of once a year and I really love the food there. To be exact, there is no food in this world that I dislike.

Too bad this time, they did not order any sotong. But there's always next time. I'm going there again soon.

Thousand Meters above the Sea Level

Thousand meters above the sea level. If I wasn't talking about Genting Highland, basically I'm referring to Cameron Highland.

I've been there more than 5 times in my life. I love Cameron Highland a lot especially the weather there. And not to forget, the Cameron sweet Jagung. Yum~

Before headed to Cameron, we had our breakfast at McDonalds Kampar. The trade mark of Kampar, the Grand Kampar Hotel is visible in the photo. Can you spot?

Considering that I am a weak car passenger who get dizzy easily, so I chose to drive. Mana tau when we reached the top of the Cameron, I was the one vomitting while the other passengers didn't feel anything. I'm such a lousy person.

The first stop is at the Cameron Tea Plantation called Cameron Valley. I even saw wedding couple taking their wedding photo there. The woman was wearing a yellow colour gown, but the man.... was wearing a light colour loose jeans and a long sleeve colour blue shirt. OMG, I wonder if these people have any sense of fashion.

A piece of cake goes well with any type of tea especially mint tea. It taste like the ordinary Teh-O but when a dozens of mint leaves were added, it smoothen the taste and make it tastier. Refreshing enough to start a brand new day.

Next stop is at the Strawberries farm.

The flower is bigger than her face.

I was thinking of plucking my own strawberries, especially the reddish one with bigger size seems more juicy. But the seller told me that smaller strawberries actually taste sweeter. He gave me a strawberry to taste and he was right. It was sweeter. However, I think I was cheated by the seller because all the strawberries I bought home are sour.

I bought 4D at Cameron after a bird poop dropped on my hand. And it was my first time buying 4d. Out of 4 numbers, I got 3 correct.

We went to Tanah Rata looking for Strawberries Moment. A shop selling desserts. We had been walking for almost an hour looking for the shop. Then after seeking direction from one of the tourism counter that the shop we were looking for was actually situated at Brinchang, the same place where we just had dinner. When we drove back to the place, the shop was already closed. Feeling absolutely disappointed, we headed back to Kampar.

One thing for sure, we were all worn out. Nevertheless, I really had a great time there with my bestie, Hui Ying and old man.

26th Birthday Old Man

Old man is turning 26 in another 2 days time.

We had an early celebration at San Francisco Steak House, Ipoh.

Just a simple celebration with him as he was not allowed to celebrate birthday this year. Thanks to his superstitious family. Click here to find out why.

It's our first visit to this place and I would say it's indeed a perfectly fine dining place.

They served us with bread while waiting for our meals. The garlic spread taste really good.

I ordered Escargot with garlic sauce. The sauce is fabulous and I felt like wanna lick the whole bowl. Realizing I was in public place, of course I did not do that.

Smoothies with banana and vanilla and bla bla (I forgot). Love it.

I haven't bought him a birthday present yet. He said he wanna choose for his own birthday present. I only bought him hush puppies collar T. I always wanted to buy him one but always couldn't get the right size or colour.

The storyline was creative. But I kinda hate the part when the girls were fighting. The shots made me felt so dizzy and uncomfortable. And that is one of the reason why I hate to play RPG games or 3D games.

Recently, I am addicted to something. So addicted that I wish to it everyday.

My New Auntie Hairstyle

I have been disappeared from my blog for awhile.

Now I will come back with my new hair style.

Previously, I have straight long hair. Occasionally, I do style my hair with the temporarily curler. So you would have seen me in curly hair.

But now, I've just did digital perm which mean permanent curl.

No longer straight and silky.... It's curly and messy.

I kinda like it.

I seriously think that my hair look better in real person than in these photos below.

I have also dyed my hair. The colour is quite light but it's not that visible in the photo. I guess it's time to throw away my digital camera.

Curl and dye costs me less than RM300 which I think it's quite reasonable. At least cheaper than Seremban saloons (my hometown) which would charged around RM400++ for this length of hair.

My money all gone after doing this hair, It's maggie time.

25 February 1989, a day where my mum brought me to this world. People always say that giving birth is easy but taking care of a child is a never ending job. It was hell tiring being a parent and you can never retired from that position.

Mum, thanks a lot and I love you. Thanks for being the best mum in the world.

And how did I celebrate my birthday with old man?

Being an extremely superstitious person, old man couldn't celebrate my birthday. I hate that fortune teller who told old man's family that if he celebrated anyone birthday this year, his life would be in danger. This is so ridiculous.

Frankly, I don't really believe in all this nonsense. I was so upset when he told me about it and I even cried for days. It's the third time he couldn't celebrate my birthday. I told him that if this happens again next year, he would have to buy me a genuine LV bag. (I wasn't joking.)

So this is how I celebrated my birthday. Dinner like other ordinary days.

Order two plate of big mac and one plate of sausages, but at the end, we couldn't even finish them.

Initially, we planned to go to Indulgence for dinner. I've never been there but I heard that the food are very pricey. But I got VIVA (Final year project presentation) on the same day and I hardly get enough sleep a night before due to anxiousness. So I took a napped after VIVA before traveling to Ipoh. And at the end, I overslept.

The next day we had dinner at Oh Sushi, we ordered lots of food but they gone into my stomach before I manage to take any photo.

On the third day, we went for sushi again but this time to Sushi King.

My birthday present from old man.

~Cake-cake house~This is actually some handcraft thing. Old man & I started the "construction" and "decoration" of this cake house since few months ago. We have put in a lot of effort and that's why I love it so much.

Being a superstitious person, old man couldn't buy me an edible birthday cake. Anyway, this cake will do.

Anyway, I still get an edible birthday cake from Wei Cheng and Wey Pin. Thanks to both of you.

Pinkish merry-go-round horse with music from ~~Zero~~ Hiro & Josheen. Aiyo, after almost three years of calling you Zero, I find it hard to change. LOL.

Kellie's Castle ; The Castle of love

I'm blogging about Kellie's Castle because I just went there last Sunday.

I made my decision to visit Kellie's Castle after seeing my friend facebook status that she wished to go every part of Perak before graduating in 3 months time.

Kellie Castle may sound bored to you, after all, it's just another abandoned house being popularised by the local government to boost the tourism rate in Perak.

But I tell myself that at least I've been there when someone ask me in the future.

I would probably be cooked "well done" under such a hot burning sun. After the trip, old man said that I was tanned.

This blue "tomb like" thing is actually the "air conditioner" during that time, allowing air to flow into the underground room.

My old man with his barely-can-open eyes. He actually went to Kellie's Castle before. It was so nice of him agreeing to accompany me to go there when I first suggested to him. In fact, he was the one pulling me there after I felt lazy to go out in such a hot afternoon. He knows I would regret if I didn't make it.

I was just being very casual with sleeveless top, shorts and slippers.

This room was the horse staple, a place where Kellie's horse sleep, eat and shit.

This room which is just right beside the horse staple, is the guard house. I was wondering why the guard so kelian, being placed beside the horse.

Does this look like a well to you? Yes, that was what I first thought. Apparently, it is the ventilation hole for the underground tunnel. In short, another "ancient air conditioner".

This is the elevator for Kellie's Castle. It's so cool to have an elevator for a house especially during the time when people don't even own a brick house. This elevator is the first elevator in Malaysia.

Kellie's Castle, was built by a man named William Kellie Smith for his wife. However, it was demolished before it was completely built. From what I read from the article there, he built this thick brick castle because his wife couldn't stand the hot temperature here.

I would say, "Mr Kellie, why don't you spend few thousand to fixed an air cond rather than spending few million to built this mansion?"

Haha, I was just joking.

Happy 2nd Anniversary

We were fated to meet on 30th October 2008.
It was love at first sight.
I never believe in love at first sight until I met him.
The feelings was genuine and it was the first time I felt a skip in my heartbeat.
I even have "vision" seeing that we are going to have great future together.

On 21st of February 2009, we started our relationship. It was amazing recalling how we actually started this relationship.
Being four years younger than him, I admit I was always being unreasonable and immature.
Nevertheless, he still shower me with unconditional love and patient.

When I said we were fated to meet, it doesn't mean we were meant for each other.
After all, a long sustainable relationship requires a lot of understanding, patient, faith, and tolerance and both parties carry the equal responsibilities.

Even though at times, I've thought of giving up this relationship, but at the end, I comprehend that conflicts and arguments are just part of a "must have" in every relationship. Eventually, it makes us grow and understand each other more, tightening the love bond between us.

He is not only my boyfriend, but also my best friend, my soul mate. I love you old man.

Orthodontic Changed My Life

Orthodontic or commonly known as Braces, is a treatment to crooked teeth.

If you have been thinking of undergoing orthodontics treatment, I would advise you to think "TWICE".
It's not about the money that matter but the pain that you are going to endure.
Oh ya, maybe money matters to some people. It will costs you around RM3000 or even more if you seek for orthodontic treatment in private hospital, clinics as such. But if you are going for government hospitals, chances is that you got to waste another 2 years in the waiting lists. However, the charge would be more affordable, around RM700+.

I used to be Malaysian version of Ugly Betty. The only difference is I did not wear a spectacles.

I know I looked ugly la. I never said that I was pretty... okok, maybe occasionally but it was in a jokingly manner.

By the way, this photo was taken back in year 2008. I changed a lot, didn't I?

I wore a braces for 3 years and 1 month. It was hell torturing.

Wearing a braces require a comprehensive care on hygiene. I was told to brush my teeth every time after a meal.

Meaning : Makan Pagi, Gosok Gigi.
Makan Petang, Gosok Gigi,
Makan malam, Gosok Gigi.

In another word, if you are a big eater who eats 5 meals a day, you have to brush 5 times. No doubt.

Besides complying this simple rule of orthodontics, you have to bid farewell to your favourite food such as Chewing Gums, Peanuts, Guava, and anything hard enough to break your braces.

Notes: After the braces is fixed on your teeth, it doesn't mean it's fixed like concrete and won't collapse, (I mean concrete other than the one used to built the Stadium Terengganu.) Braces can easily comes off if you are not aware and careful enough.

And you have to change your style of eating. I mean your usual way of eating manner.

Let's say if you have your braces on and you wanna eat a burger.
Never eat it like how you eat it usually, the grab and bite method.
You must eat it as if you are eating steak, cutting it into smaller pieces before putting into your mouth.
Same goes to apple, jagung, etc.

On June 2009, I took off my braces.

Even though I have my braces removed, I have to wear a Retainer now. What's a retainer? It looks like your grandparent's fake teeth, but without the teeth. It helps to retain my teeth in their current position, making my teeth to stay align.

Despite the 3 years of "hardship", I've re-gained confidence. I'm grateful of how my teeth look like now.

2011 Valentine Celebration

I just had my valentine celebration with the lucky one, old man.

Yee Sang & Bao Sang

Yee Sang, one of the "must have" dishes during the celebration of Chinese New Year.

I love eating yee sang so much, too bad it's only can be eaten "annually".

This dish is only well known in Malaysia & Singapore. I'm sure you know it if you watch Home Coming, a Singapore production cny movie. Yee Sang was origin in Singapore, even people from Hong Kong don't have the tradition of eating yee sang.

Yee Sang is actually Chinese Salad, similar like ceasar salad for the Western people. But raw fish like salmon is added to "flavourise" it.

This Chinese New Year, my mum made a new dishes which I called "bao sang". What is bao sang? Since yee sang means salad fish, bao sang means salad abalone. It was undoubtfully taste good.

The method of eating is just like eating yee sang where you will mixed the abalone and vege together.

My Hair Stucked because My Comb Sucks

I think by looking at the photo below, you can already tell what happened to my hair.

Ask you to look at my hair, not my chest ya... even though I know my chest looks sexy.

I tried pulling out my hair out of the comb.

But after 1 hour, I realised it's not working.

On that moment, old man arrived...

I thought I saw "SUPERMAN".

Instead of giving a helping hand, he laughed at me.

I was crying uncontrollably.

I can't imagine what will happened to my hair next. And the "pulling" session hurt me so badly.

We tried all sort of method.

Pulling every strand of hair one by one,

Applying Oil,

Shampoo it,

Applying conditioner.

And it just didn't work.

After 3 hours, I made up my decision.

Cut it.

CNY Greeting Card

Last month when my family shifted house, my family packed all my belongings into boxes. When I opened those boxes, I found many Chinese New Year greeting card. I was laughing like a drain reading those greeting cards. Aww, how I miss my secondary school friends!!! They are really a bunch of awesome and smart people with great sense of humour.

And reading those greeting cards, I can conclude 3 facts.

First Fact

My Name is really hard to spell.

Many people used to spell my name wrongly. They spell it as "F-L-O-R-A-N-C-E" instead of F-L-O-R-E-N-C-E. See the difference?

I used to think that I have a special name as not many people carried this name. Now I know I'm wrong. Try typing the name Florence in the Facebook and you will surprise how many people have the same name as mine.

Second Fact

Some people just love to stay anonymous.

I received some greeting cards without leaving their names. I may remember you the moment you hand me the greeting cards but I will probably forget as time goes on.

Third Fact

I'm childish and scary.

Nowadays CNY greeting cards are no longer popular. People use internet medium like Facebook to sent their regards and wishes to friends and family.

I am always cute until one day when I stood beside the Ribena Mascot, I lost. lol.

New Resolution for 2011

1. Study hard for the final semester and graduate with a CGPA of 3.2 & above. *Finger Crossed*

2. Get a job of at least RM2000 basic pay. Hope I'm not asking too much. I think it's possible to get it in places like Klang Valley where living expenses are high. Tolls are everywhere. Parkings are costly.

3. Save some money to buy new furniture for my new room. The old pinkish wardrobe and vanity table just do not fit my new room. I'm thinking of some simple yet elegant vanity desk and a big sliding door wardrobe with mirror.

4. Make new friends at KL so that I won't be too bored over the weekends. I'm am going to switch the clubbing button on.

5. Get some high pay part time job with short working hour. Who doesn't want more money anyway?

6. More time to spend with my family and loved one. After years of spending my on time alone at hostels, it's time to enjoy my life staying with family. Mum's gonna do the laundry, cooking and cleaning. Love you mum.

7. Go travel outstation with Old Man. I was thinking of economical yet romantic places like Bali. Isn't it romantic to watch the sunset with your love one at the beach?

8. Get an Iphone, and a new camera. Oh please, I'm not a big fans of new technologies, nor I was a modern gadget freaker. I just need a handphone because I've lost mine. And about the camera, it's time to change it a it has reached its final stage of its life span.

9. Cut down 5kg of fats. Food are irresistible but Fashion is the biggest MOTIVATION.

10. Grow taller by 5cm, is it possible?

11. Improve my skills on make-up, photoshop, piano and other useful living skills like ways to handle jerks.

Shopping Marathon Day 3, Pavilion & Fahrenheit 88

Where I went for shopping on 26th December?

I guess you had answer in your mind just by looking at the photo below.

That's right. I was in front of Pavilion. I'm sure you know it if you have been there before. The fountain is the Pavilion "Trademark". I can recall one year ago, at the same day and month, I went there and took the similar photo with my old man. Click here to see the photo.

I love shopping at Pavilion because it was not so crowded as compared to Midvalley. Midvalley is always crowded with people and I can hardly get a parking every time I go there.

The most lucky part is my old man found the Polo leather shoes that he has always been desired for. We have been looking for that shoes from Ipoh Polo Outlet, to Midvalley and 1U, finally we found it at Pavilion.

We went to Jogoya for dinner. I just went there about 1 month ago. Click here to refer to my previous post about Jogoya. There is no more discount for ladies this time. RM88++ per person, around RM100 after tax. I don't think I can eat that much for the price.

Needless to say, It's Christmas Day.

On that day, old man and I went to 1.

There was Korean Fair at 1U selling all kind of junk food, fruits, biscuits, ice-creams, instant mee & etc.

Old man was queuing up to pay for the junk food.

Then I saw this box of apples. Guess how much is it?

Ta daa~ RM102. 99 for 15 apples. So expensive la... I wonder what is so special about the apples and how it differs from ordinary apples that we can buy at any supermarkets. Hmm... wanna give a try someday.

The Christmas Decoration at 1U was so beautiful and nice. I wanted to take lots of photos there. Too bad my camera was not in function. It shakes and vibrate like a vibrator. The photo came out to be like the photo above. My family says if I send my camera for repair, it is better to buy a new one. But I'm BROKE. Anyone wanna sponsor me?

Shopping Marathon Day 1, The Gardens & Midvalley

I went back to KL at night on 23rd of December from Ipoh. I was so excited going back to KL because it was the first time I went back after shifting there from Seremban (hometown). So now I can finally call myself as KL lang (people). I used to be KL lang because I lived in Cheras before 12 years ago.

I really feel sorry to my mum because I didn't help shifting the house at all.

I'm currently staying at Puchong. Hmmp, cannot say currently laa, I'll be staying there PERMANENTLY. Unless I get marry laa, which I think would be IMPOSSIBLE for the time being.

Since the day I came back till now, I didn't have time to online. I think you realised that too since I disappeared from Facebook & Blog for these few days. I was busying going shopping with my old man and family members. Plus, I just shifted to new house, so I have to help up rearranging everything because my house is still in a MESSY condition.

24th of December, Christmas Eve. I went to Mid Valley & The Garden with old man.

I think this year, the Midvalley Christmas Theme was Playland because I saw lots of big Teddy and Toys at Midvalley.

This Ginger Bread is too cute to be eaten. It tastes good. I got it free when I order Peachy Christmas Juice at Juice Works.

We bought lots of things there. Spending money is happy but earning is another story.

The Last Semester Break

Hmmp. It sounds like a movie title, doesn't it?
It means after this semester break, I am stepping into the final semester of my final year of degree in Accounting.

Miss Florence Leong is currently having her semester break since one week ago.

My semester break is fun.

It's enjoyable.

It's wonderful.

It's pleasant.
It's amazing.

I'm having holidays as if I'm drinking a glass of fruit punch, sitting at the seashore, feeling the breeze, watching the sunset.

I work part time occasionally. Obviously as a promoter or sales or something. (Takkan I say pilot, inspector, headmaster? LOL. Boleh kerja part time punya meh?)

Sometimes, I go out with old man. Nothing special. Just go out for dinner, shopping and walking around. But I really enjoy the time spend with him even if we just go out for a drink. He seldom have time for me because he's a super workaholics.

Recently we discovered a good place for dessert. We no more visiting 100yen for its snow ice because we found another place which sells better and more delicious snow ice.

Finally I realised how LONG my hair is. Very curvy and messy. I think it's time for rebonding and some trimming. Do you think straight or curly hair, which one suits me the best? I'm bored with straight hair, but afraid I look more aging wit curly hair. In other words, Auntie. *Dilemma*. Or maybe I straight away cut botak. Never try this before. Hmm, I don't wanna be the next Britney Spears.

In fact, I wanna become more leng lui.

From Mouth to Rectum; It's All about Food

Old man & I love to explore the delicious food around Ipoh. We often go to different restaurants at Ipoh to experience the great taste of food. We love food. (In other words, we are waii sekk.)
We have been to Berlin's Bier Houz, Cafe Takahashi, Wong Kok Char Chan Teng, Japanese Restaurant which I forgot the name, Yeolde Cafe, Friends Cafe, My point, Fantasy, Crazy Ice Cream House, and a lot a lot more.

This time we went to Cocoon Dining at Ipoh.

I felt in love with this place immediately once I stepped my foot into this cafe. It's so well designed and beautiful. Even atmosphere is so calm and comfortable and the lightnings there makes the environment so romantic.

I know you must be thinking like this.

"Cheh, so kua cheong laa this Florence, it's not so beautiful also."

I won't blame you. It's all my fault because I have poor photography skill. Believe me, it looks better than in these photos.

We ordered chicken chop, carbonara spaghetti, cheese mussels, and german huge sausage.

For the environment, I rate 9/10. But for its food, maybe 7/10. There is room for improvement. However, the price is reasonable and affordable.

Hari ini merupakan hari yang dinanti-nantikan. Kali ini adalah giliran kumpulan kami membuat persembahan bagi Kempen Moral dengan tema "Sains dan Teknologi; Tulang Belakang Kemajuan Negara". Bergaya tak tema ini? Memanglah, sebab sayalah yang mendapat ilham untuk menggunakan tema ini. Memang pandailah saya.

Kali ini juga merupakan kali pertama saya menulis blog dalam bahasa Malaysia bersempena dengan kempen ini.

WAKAKAKAK.... Feeling weird Florence Leong blogging in BM?

Sabarlah wahai kawanku.

Ini merupakan satu-satunya gambar bersama dengan ahli kumpulan dan cikgu moral, Cik Muniroh. Saya memang suka cikgu ini, sebab personaliti dia yang comel. Tapi cikgu tidak akan ingat saya, sebab saya selalu tak hadir kelas dia. Memang pun saya malas, tapi saya JUJUR. (Murid bermoral ma.)

Board ini saya jumpa di bilik kuliah semasa membuat rehearsal. Jadi saya modify, tambah lampu dan astronaut untuk guna balik. Saya TAK CURI. Saya KUTIP punya.

Kool tak? TAK? (Bagi mukalah sikit.)

Ini WONG YONG CHEE, kepala punya kepala. Saya bukan memaki dia. (I mean HEAD of HEAD.) Dia merupakan ketua bagi ketua untuk kumpulan kempen kami. Kumpulan kempen moral kami mempunyai ahli seramai lebih kurang 45 orang. (The busiest man of the day.) A BIG ~~SLAP~~ CLAP to HIM.

Keseluruhannya, kempen ini berjalan dengan agak lancar. Bagus bagus.

Girls are fussy about their look, and even on parts that others may not even bother to notice.
For example, nails on toe.
This is true, or else, why would some girls even willing to spend so much money on manicure and pedicure itself.

Fruits on nails. So cute. I WANT.

Blacken Nails are ugly, unbearable & unacceptable.

I just gotta feelings to chop off my toe when I see them.

My silly old man told me this:

Now you have two options.
First option is going to the doctor & he will do injection on you and pluck off your nails to clean it. Second option is to leave it and it will forever be there.

Forever? ? ?

However, at one interesting night, I discovered that the blood clot inside my nails were not dry yet.
So I took the initiatives to do "operation" myself.

I cut my nails deeply and let the blood flow out. Press press and press.

Finally it's clean. Ta daa~

I know my toes are ugly. You should clap for my bravery for posting my ugly toe in my blog.

No No No, I'm not done with this post yet.
My conclusion of my post is (waseh, got conclusion somemore) injured body part can be healed but injured heart can never be mend. My heart is fragile to be broken. Anyone can break my heart easily. So please don't break my heart.

Perfect Dinner at the Perfect Place with Perfect Buddies

1 minute can CHANGE everything.
If we were late by 1 minute, we wouldn't be able to get into the train to go to KL.
If we were late by 1 minute, we would not be able to get back to Kampar and end up sleeping under the KL crossover bridge.

On the 23rd of November, five last minutes fellas called Florence, Wei Cheng, Wey Pin, Josheen and Zero were nearly late when they reached the Kampar KTM station. The train reached at 9.46a.m., and at that very moment, we were still in the car. Wey Pin parked his car at immediately, and we RAN to get aboard.

Phew~ Luckily we were able to get into the train or else we would have wasted our RM20 ticket.

Human would not get their lessons learnt unless they have undertaken the CONSEQUENCES
of their actions.

One the very same day, we got back to Kampar from KL, and guess what? We were late again and nearly bid the train farewell. This time, all of us were like running for Olympic. RUN & RUN & RUN all the way from Starhill Gallery to KL Sentral. (Of course, in between, we took the monorail as well.)

So, now you think we have learnt our lessons? NO...
We would NOT take train to KL anymore, NEXT time we would drive.
Kinda silly that we actually took a train but not driving by ourselves since we have cars.

1st stop was at Sungei Wang Plaza. We had our brunch at Pak Hailam Kopitiam.

Then the girls were busying browsing for hair accessories.

Josheen looks cute with that bang wig. Me on the other hand, looks more like a doggie if I wear it because the bang was too long for my forehead.

At the lower ground floor of the Sungei Wang, there was a Gundam Plastic Model Kits Promotion Fair.

Subsequently, we went to Uniqlo at Fahrenheit 88 Plaza.

They are selling mostly winter clothes for this season which I doubt if there's anyone buying them unless the person is going overseas.

At 6.30p.m. we had our dinner at Jogoya, Starhill Gallery. We made a reservations beforehand for 9 persons. 5 of us and 4 more special guests.

My stomach was bloated with all these delicious finger licking food.

First round, oysters, crab & sashimi.

Second round, fried food, cheese scallop and baked cheese oyster. Prawn, Satay, Corn, etc.
